A collection of printed publications consisting of multiple bound volumes and individual magazine issues of Stand To!, the official journal of the Western Front Association. The lot includes several blue softcover bound collections, notably Volume 3 containing issues 31 to 36 and a 25th Anniversary Volume. The group also features a selection of individual magazine issues, including Number 123 from July 2021, an issue dated January 2023, and one from April 2021. These journals are dedicated to the historical study of the Great War and the Western Front, containing research articles and archival photographs. The covers display various wartime imagery, including an observation balloon, soldiers in various settings, and military equipment. The Western Front Association was founded in 1980 by John Giles.
Condition report:
The collection is in good to very good condition overall. There is evidence of light handling and minor shelf wear, particularly to the edges and corners of the soft covers. No significant tearing, heavy staining, or major damage is visible to the exterior or interior pages shown.
