Estimated price: £20 - £40

Buyer's Premium:

A mid-20th-century manual kick scooter, possibly by Cyclops or Triang, constructed with a tubular steel frame and a pressed metal footplate finished in original red paint. The design features a high, twin-spar steering column leading to curved handlebars fitted with white rubberised grips. The scooter is equipped with two solid wheels featuring black rubber tyres. It includes a simple rear-wheel friction brake operated by a foot pedal integrated into the rear of the deck. A small circular metal badge is mounted on the front crossbar between the handlebar tubes; while it retains traces of a yellow or gold-coloured graphic, any specific manufacturer name or logo is heavily worn and illegible.

Condition report:

The scooter is in a well-used, as-found condition. There is significant and widespread paint loss, surface oxidation, and rust across the entirety of the frame, footplate, and wheel hubs. The rubber tyres are aged and exhibit signs of perishing and cracking. The white rubberised handlebar grips are discoloured and worn. Despite the surface wear, the structure appears complete and intact.
