A set of four 2018 United Kingdom 50p coins from the Beatrix Potter series, presented in a themed collecting pack. The heptagonal coins feature reverse designs for the characters Peter Rabbit, Flopsy Bunny, The Tailor of Gloucester, and Mrs. Tittlemouse. Each coin exhibits a lustrous gold-coloured finish, consistent with aftermarket 24 carat gold-plated cupro-nickel commemorative issues. The coins are housed in individual protective plastic capsules within a dark blue cardboard display folder titled 2018 UNITED KINGDOM BEATRIX POTTER 50p COIN COLLECTING PACK. The obverse of each coin features the fifth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
Condition report:
The coins are in brilliant uncirculated condition with no visible signs of wear or handling. The presentation folder shows minor surface scuffing and light wear to the edges consistent with storage.
