This assortment of nautical-themed items comprises several framed pieces and small-scale models. The largest piece is a colour print of the Tudor warship Mary Rose, titled in the lower margin and housed in a thin wood frame. Included is a marquetry wood inlay panel depicting a coastal Mediterranean scene with a sailing boat and buildings. There is a monochrome drawing or print of fishing boats in a harbour, including one with the registration WY 168, presented in a white and gilt frame. Also included are two further framed works: a watercolour or gouache of a tall ship and a lifeboat near a lighthouse, and an illustration of a sailing vessel on a display stand in a weathered wood frame. The collection is completed by three decorative objects: a miniature ship within a glass dome on a wooden base, a gold-toned metal ship model, and a stylised sailboat ornament.
Condition report:
The items are in generally good condition. Minor surface wear and light scuffing are visible on some of the frames. The artworks appear well-preserved under glass.
