A collection of British railway uniform items, including a heavy dark wool overcoat, a peaked cap, a necktie, and multiple white dress shirts. The overcoat is constructed from heavyweight navy blue wool fabric and features silver-tone metal buttons embossed with the British Rail double arrow logo. It retains original yellow paper labels identifying it as Pattern 360, Size 100R, suitable for a height of 169-178cms and a chest of 100cms. Two green-enameled rectangular lapel pins bearing the double arrow symbol are attached to the collar. The black peaked cap features a silver-tone metal British Rail badge. The green necktie is embroidered with the text Railtrack above two orange stripes. Included are several white short-sleeved dress shirts, one of which is in its original manufacturer’s plastic packaging with a Corporate Collection label and a tag marked Cat No 422, Size 17.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in unworn, deadstock condition. Several shirts remain in original plastic packaging. The overcoat and cap show no visible signs of wear, retaining original paper tags and crisp structural form. No moth damage, staining, or fraying is observed.
