A pendant necklace featuring a single pear-shaped cabochon of Blue John fluorite. The gemstone displays characteristic purple and creamy-white banding and natural internal inclusions. It is secured in a plain silver bezel setting with a tapered bail. The bail features a small rectangular mark on the front face, although the characters are not clearly legible. The pendant is suspended from a silver woven-link chain, in a wheat or foxtail style.

The necklace is in good overall condition. The gemstone shows natural internal inclusions and colour banding typical of Blue John. The metalwork shows light surface scratches and minor tarnish consistent with occasional wear.
