Description
A collection of die-cast metal model vintage commercial vehicles from the Corgi Cameo collection, produced under licence by Mattel, Inc. Each model features a die-cast body with plastic detailing and free-rolling wheels. The vehicles are finished in various liveries representing historical British brands and services, including J. Smith Coal Merchant of Swindon, Devon General, The Mirror Laundries Ltd of Harborne and Sparkhill, Gaymer’s Cyder of Attleborough and London, Flowers Best Bitter, Zebra Grate Polish, a Crosville school bus, and a Lipton’s Tea delivery van. Each model is presented in its original red and gold window display box featuring the Cameo brand name and Mattel, Inc. trademark information. The boxes feature illustrated backdrops depicting period street scenes.
Condition report:
The models are in excellent original condition, appearing factory-fresh with bright paintwork and no visible evidence of play wear. The original window boxes are intact and in good condition, showing only minor signs of storage wear such as light scuffing to the edges and corners of the card.
