Description
A Regency style side table constructed from hardwood, featuring a central rectangular top with an inset red leather panel. The leather surface is decorated with gold-tooled borders and is flanked by two D-shaped drop-down leaves. The table includes a single frieze drawer fitted with a circular cast metal ring pull. The structure is supported by a lyre-shaped trestle base connected by a central turned stretcher. It is raised on four splayed, fluted legs terminating in cast brass lion’s paw feet with integral casters. No maker’s marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the base or interior.

Condition report:
The table is in fair condition with visible signs of age and wear. The hardwood frame and legs exhibit scuffs, scratches, and minor areas of finish loss. The red leather inset shows surface scratches, staining, and wear to the gilt tooling. The brass feet and drawer pull display a natural aged patina and tarnishing.
