Description
A retro-style corded landline telephone manufactured by Goodmans. The design is based on the classic GPO 746 rotary telephone but incorporates a modern push-button keypad arranged in a circular configuration. The handset and body are constructed from plastic with a polished rose gold or copper-tone metallic finish. The central disc of the dial features the manufacturer’s mark Goodmans along with a redial function. It also displays United Kingdom emergency service information including Fire, Police, and Ambulance on 999 and Operator on 100. The keypad consists of twelve black circular buttons for numerals 0-9 plus star and hash symbols. The unit is fitted with a black coiled handset cord and an integrated telephone line cable.
Condition report:
The telephone is in used condition with visible surface wear. The metallic finish shows light scratches, fingerprints, and areas of minor pitting. No cracks or major structural damage are observed. The internal electronics are untested.
