Condition report:

The medal shows significant signs of wear and age. The surfaces, particularly the obverse, exhibit heavy pitting and numerous contact marks. There is a deep, dark patina and heavy toning throughout the silver. The suspension bar is present but appears slightly misshapen and bent. The original silk ribbon is missing.
