Description
A vintage ceramic slipper-form bedpan manufactured for Boots The Chemists. The item is constructed from heavy white glazed earthenware, characteristic of pharmaceutical and sanitary wares of the period. The form features a wide, flat seat area tapering to a rounded point at the front, with a small integrated handle at the rear. The piece is marked with underglaze transfer prints. At the wide end, a blue script logo reads Boots The Chemists. At the narrow end, the model name PERFECTION is printed in black block capitals.
