Description
A collection of assorted costume jewellery and decorative pieces presented within a vintage oval metal tin featuring a floral lid. The lot includes various necklaces, bracelets, and pendants in both yellow and white-toned metals. Construction features include curb, box, and snake link chains alongside corded necklaces. Decorative elements comprise millefiori-style glass beads with multi-coloured floral patterns, faceted black beads, pink shell fragments, turquoise-coloured beads, and imitation pearls. Notable pieces include a textured yellow metal wing-shaped pendant and a small rectangular charm featuring Celtic-style knotwork. Some items are set with small colourless paste stones or crystals. No legible hallmarks, purity stamps, or maker’s marks were observed during inspection.
Condition report:
The collection is in used condition. Visible tangling is present throughout the chains and cords. Surface wear and tarnishing are evident on the metal finishes. The metal tin shows signs of age including scuffing, scratches, and paint loss to the decorative lid.
