Description
A coil of multi-point barbed wire wound around a utilitarian wooden H-frame stand. The stand is constructed from rough-cut timber and features a wide, coarse-woven fabric webbing handle at one end for transport. The grey metal wire is fitted with multi-point barbs and appears to be of a standard agricultural gauge. A small white rectangular label is affixed to one of the wooden uprights, though the characters are not clearly legible. No other manufacturer marks, stamps, or serial numbers are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The wire shows minimal signs of corrosion or oxidation. The wooden stand is in a weathered condition with surface roughness and minor splintering consistent with utilitarian use. The fabric handle is intact but exhibits some discolouration and light fraying.
