Description
A modern reproduction childs pedal car constructed with a pressed steel body in the style of a 1930s fire engine. The vehicle is finished in red with white decals featuring a Maltese cross and the letters FD on the bonnet and sides. It features a front bumper with a 1938 licence plate, a black mesh-effect grille, silver-tone radiator cap, and two circular headlights. The rear section is fitted with chrome-effect handrails and a grey metal hose reel containing a black hose. The interior includes a black plastic three-spoke steering wheel and a manual dual-pedal drive mechanism connected to the rear axle. A modern barcode sticker is present on the interior with Lot No 2437.
Length: Approximately 90-100 cm.
Condition report:
The item is in used condition. There is visible surface oxidation and pitting to the chrome-effect components, particularly the radiator shell and handrails. The red paintwork shows various scuffs, chips, and wear consistent with use. The pedal mechanism and hose reel appear to be complete.
