Description
An assortment of various collectibles and costume jewellery items housed within a small wooden chest. The chest features a red-stained finish, a domed lid, and is embellished with embossed metal panels depicting floral and foliate motifs, secured with a metal swing latch. Included in the collection are several folding pocket knives: one silver-toned tool marked FLO-CON (UK), one with a cream-coloured handle, and another with a pearlised handle featuring script characters. Horological items include a black-dial quartz watch head and a bi-metal watch bracelet. The lot also contains two decorative metal bookmarks, one featuring a cherub and a larger example with a butterfly design in green and purple enamel. Further items include a green heart-shaped pendant inscribed A Westie leaves paw prints on your heart, a small tan-coloured dog figurine, a seated figure in the style of a Buddha, and various other jewellery components.
Condition report:
Items show light wear consistent with age and use. The wooden chest has minor surface scuffs. The enamel on the butterfly bookmark shows some tarnishing to the metal reverse. Watch head is untested. Pocket knives show typical signs of use to blades and casings.
