Description
A collection of toy vehicles including several large-scale models and a smaller tractor unit. The lot features a Tonka fire engine with a plastic body, chrome-effect plastic wheel hubs, and rubber-like tyres, equipped with a rotating and extendable white plastic ladder and buttons for light and sound functions. Also included is a Tonka articulated dump truck, model number 354, featuring a pivoting chassis and manual tipping rear bed. A Caterpillar and Tonka branded rigid-frame mining dump truck is included, featuring a manual tipping bed and Caterpillar decals. The collection is completed by a small unattributed semi-truck tractor unit of die-cast metal and plastic construction. Markings include Tonka labels, embossed tyres, and Caterpillar branding.
Fire truck: 42cm length
Articulated dump truck: 46cm length.
Condition report:
Items are in play-worn condition. The fire truck exhibits peeling to the adhesive stickers and the electronic light and sound functions are untested. The articulated dump truck is missing the vertical exhaust pipe from the right side. General surface scuffing and wear consistent with play are present throughout the lot. No original boxes are present.
