Description
A collection of United States Federal Reserve Notes and various denominations of coinage. The paper currency includes a 20 dollar note, Series 2017 A, serial PK 54825350 J; a 10 dollar note, Series 1985, serial B 02263587 G; and a 1 dollar note, Series 1988, serial F 20632598 G. The coinage comprises an assortment of cupro-nickel clad copper and manganese-brass clad copper pieces. Included are Washington quarters with standard Eagle reverses and various America the Beautiful commemorative reverses such as Chaco Culture, White Mountain, and Mount Rushmore. The lot also contains Jefferson nickels with Monticello reverses, Roosevelt dimes, and two gold-coloured dollar coins including a Sacagawea type. Visible dates range from 1968 to 2015.
Condition report:
The collection is in circulated condition. The 1 dollar and 10 dollar banknotes exhibit significant brown staining along the right margins, accompanied by heavy creasing and multiple folds. The 20 dollar note shows standard circulation wear with light folding. The coinage displays heavy circulation wear throughout, including surface grime, scratches, and varied oxidation or toning.
