The central stone is a red ruby, flanked by two clear diamonds, and finished with two smaller rubies at the terminals. The gemstones are set into a decorative gallery featuring carved scrollwork detailing to the sides and shoulders. The inner shank is stamped with the mark 375, denoting 9 carat gold.
