Description
Two commemorative numismatic sets featuring fifty-pence denominations. The first set is the Europe 1998 Commemorative Fifty Pence Coin Set, which contains two coins. One coin displays the seated figure of Britannia, and the other features a ring of stars with the text 1973 EU 1998. These are housed in a blue and yellow cardboard presentation folder. The second item is a British Antarctic Territory 50p coin issued by the British Pobjoy Mint, commemorating the autonomous underwater vehicle Boaty McBoatface. The coin reverse features a partial-colour illustration of the yellow submersible. This coin is mounted on an illustrated informational display card.
Condition report:
Both sets appear in good condition. The coins are held within their original packaging. The external card components show minor shelf wear and light edge rubbing.
