Description
This decorative sculptural item features a hand-blown clear glass bowl slumped over a natural, weathered wood base. The vessel’s form is organically moulded to conform to the irregular contours of the driftwood, a style often referred to as molten glass on wood. The glass exhibits a slight pale green tint and contains internal seed bubbles characteristic of artisanal production. The wooden base shows a natural, textured grain and a light, weathered finish. There are no apparent maker’s marks or inscriptions on the piece.
