Description
A collection of early 20th-century glass bottles and vessels in various forms and colours. The group includes clear, aqua, and dark green glass examples produced through mould-blown techniques. The assortment features various shapes such as cylindrical, rectangular, and ribbed bodies. Embossed markings include one bottle labelled LINCTUS and a small jar from the Chesebrough Mfg. Co. marked VASELINE. Several vessels retain their original glass stoppers. The collection represents typical household and pharmaceutical glass from the 1900s, similar to known examples from manufacturers such as Sanizal, Whittemore, and Merrells.
Condition report:
The items are in found condition, exhibiting characteristics consistent with age and long-term storage. Visible issues include internal clouding, surface dirt, and minor abrasions. Some pieces show evidence of burial or environmental exposure.
