Description
An assortment of decorative wine bottle stoppers featuring various motifs and materials. The collection includes two painted resin figures depicting angels, one playing a lyre and the other a trumpet, both mounted on natural cork bases. Also included are two hand-painted character heads in a vintage folk-art style, one featuring a purple headpiece and the other with black hair and a detached blue conical hat. A fifth stopper comprises a silver-toned metal finial cast as a grape cluster with leaves, mounted on a black rubberised plug. One angel figure bears a small white adhesive label with the handwritten number 946.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition with visible wear to the painted surfaces. One character head has a detached blue hat component. The cork bases of the angel stoppers remain enclosed in their original plastic protective sleeves.
