Description
A trio of Royal Mint brilliant uncirculated one pound coin sets, each presented in its original decorative folding card mount. The collection comprises a 1983 United Kingdom uncirculated coin set featuring the Royal Arms reverse design with a cover depicting a member of the Household Cavalry, a 1985 Welsh one pound coin set in a green folder showing the red Welsh dragon and the motto Y DDRAIG GOCH DDYRY CYCHWYN, and a 2005 Welsh one pound coin set featuring the Menai Bridge. The coins are struck in nickel-brass and are held within protective plastic sleeves integrated into the card folders.
Condition report:
The coins are in uncirculated condition as issued. The presentation folders exhibit minor shelf wear, light scuffing to the covers, and minor corner wear consistent with age and handling.
