Description
A British 1958 Queen Elizabeth II half crown coin, struck in 925 silver and modified with selective gold-tone plating and polychrome enamel for decorative display. The reverse depicts the crowned royal shield of arms accented with red, green, and blue enamel, flanked by the E R cypher and the inscriptions FID DEF and HALF CROWN 1958. The obverse displays a gold-toned laureate portrait of the Queen set against a blackened field, encircled by the legend ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA. The coin is presented suspended within a contemporary black square 3D floating display frame.
Condition report:
The coin appears in good condition with intentional decorative finishes. The display frame shows minor signs of use and light surface wear.
