An 19th-century Italian side table of walnut construction featuring marquetry inlays. The octagonal top is embellished with floral and scrolled designs, set above a single frieze drawer with a circular metal pull knob and linear inlaid banding. The structure is supported by a turned central column terminating in a tripod base, with each foot displaying carved scroll-work. The wood is finished in a dark, high-gloss polish.
