Description
A collection of vintage football matchday programmes primarily relating to Manchester United during the 1967-1968 European Cup season. The group includes official United Review programmes for the European Champions Cup Semi-Final against Real Madrid at Old Trafford on 24 April 1968 and the Eighth Finals second leg against F.K. Sarajevo on 29 November 1967. Also present is a Spanish-language programme for the Semi-Final second leg between Real Madrid and Manchester United dated 15 May 1968. The collection further contains an official programme for the match between Waterford and Manchester United held at Lansdowne Road on 18 September 1968 and a 1976 Dutch official programme for Ajax featuring a cover portrait of Ruud Krol dated 15 September 1976. The items are printed on paper and feature various club crests, match details, and period advertisements.
Condition report:
