Description
A vintage Meccano Outfit No. 6 construction set, manufactured in England by Meccano Ltd. The set comprises various painted metal components in red, green, and blue, as well as brass fittings, rubber tyres, and a small green tin containing miscellaneous nuts, bolts, and smaller parts. The components are presented in an original yellow fitted tray within a cardboard box featuring period graphic art, the Meccano brand name, and the number 6 in a green circular field. Included are original paper instruction sheets, with one prominently displaying a Swing Bridge model.

Condition report:
The outer cardboard box shows significant wear with visible tears, extensive clear adhesive tape repairs, and blue ink scribbling on the interior lid. The metal components appear generally well-preserved with minor paint loss and light oxidisation consistent with age and use. Completeness of the set is unverified.
