Description
A pair of mid-20th century decorative miniature field or signal cannons cast in a golden-toned brass alloy. Each model features a tapered barrel mounted on a two-wheeled carriage with multi-spoked wheels. The items are of cast construction with no visible manufacturer markings or inscriptions.
Length: approximately 120mm each
Condition report:
The items exhibit signs of age and use consistent with mid-20th century decorative objects. There are visible surface scratches, minor pitting to the metal, and significant white oxidation and residue concentrated within the crevices of the wheels and carriages.
