Description
A collection of Gibraltar commemorative half-crown coins struck in white metal. The group includes issues honouring Winston Churchill (1874-1965), the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Britain (1940-2025), and Operation Overlord (6 June 1944), alongside a peace-themed issue inscribed The Right to Live in Peace. The obverses feature the effigies of Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles III. The reverses display various military and historical motifs, including examples with photographic elements and selective colouration. Mintage dates observed include 2022, 2024, and 2025. Each coin is struck with a proof-like finish.
Condition report:
The coins appear in excellent condition, showing no visible wear, marks, or toning. All items are housed within individual clear plastic protective capsules.
