Description
A trio of 925 silver tea glass holders, also known as zarfs, manufactured by Hukin and Heath. Each holder features an ornate pierced scrolling foliate and trellis design throughout the body, complemented by an integrated scrolled handle. The exterior bottom rim of each piece is struck with a full set of English hallmarks, including the maker mark for Hukin and Heath, the anchor for the Birmingham assay office, the lion passant for sterling silver purity, and the date letter Z for 1924. A numerical stamp 5 is also present on the rim.
Weight: Two holders approximately 64.9 grams.
Condition report:
The items are in good overall condition, exhibiting light surface wear and minor tarnishing consistent with age and use.
