Description
A polished ammonite fossil specimen presented within a clear, square acrylic block. The fossil is shown as a partial cross-section, revealing internal chambers and suture patterns in shades of brown and tan. The reverse side of the specimen displays the natural, light-coloured outer shell. The side of the acrylic block is etched with the manufacturer URL madagascarammoniteart.com. A small paper inventory label numbered 946 is affixed to the lower corner.
Condition report:
The acrylic block displays high clarity with minimal surface wear consistent with handling. The fossil specimen is well-preserved within the medium.
