Description

A collection of two pieces of marigold carnival glass, attributed to the Imperial Glass Company, dating from the early 20th century. The first item is a footed bowl featuring the Windmill pattern, which displays a relief-moulded landscape scene including a windmill, trees, and a boat. The bowl has a crimped saw-tooth rim and is supported by three scroll-style feet. The second item is a swung glass vase featuring a ribbed pattern with horizontal rings towards the base and a flared, ruffled rim. Both items are manufactured from pressed glass with an iridescent metallic coating applied over a clear glass body. No maker marks are visible on either piece.

Bowl diameter: approximately 21 cm
Vase height: approximately 25 cm.

Condition report:

Both items appear to be in good condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or restorations. The iridescent marigold finish shows no significant signs of wear or surface loss.
