Description
A vintage Ingersoll pocket watch accompanied by a Copenhagen Snuff tin. The pocket watch features a white dial with black Roman numeral hour markers and is signed INGERSOLL below the twelve o clock position. The internal mechanical movement is marked MADE IN GT BRITAIN and bears the number 75 alongside a Slow-Fast adjustment scale. The circular metal tin is embossed on the lid with Copenhagen SNUFF, SINCE 1822, and PREMIUM QUALITY, featuring a W logo within diamond-shaped frames. The watch case is of base metal construction with a polished finish.
Condition report:
The pocket watch exhibits age-related wear and patination to the case and dial. The snuff tin shows significant surface oxidation, scratching, and areas of corrosion consistent with its age.
