A pair of 925 silver toast racks by Sanders and Mackenzie. Each rack is constructed with four arched bars and a central carrying handle featuring a diamond-shaped aperture. The items are supported on four integral feet. The bases are struck with clear English hallmarks including the maker mark SL for Sanders and Mackenzie, the anchor for the Birmingham assay office, and the lion passant for sterling silver.
