The figurine depicts a youth in 18th-century colonial style attire, including a tricorne hat and frock coat, decorated in white with blue and gold-toned highlights. The lot also includes a miniature ceramic steam locomotive finished in a white glaze with polychrome floral decals and gold-painted trim. Completing the group is a novelty cottage-themed condiment set, featuring a green-glazed base moulded with a tree and a fixed cottage, alongside a matching secondary cottage-form shaker.
Condition report:
The items exhibit signs of age and handling consistent with vintage collectibles. The ceramic locomotive displays prominent crazing to the glazed surface. The porcelain figurine and cottage condiment set appear to be in good overall condition.
