Description
A trio of items including a vintage Scrabble board game, a metal stencil outfit tin, and a commemorative silver plated salver. The Scrabble game is housed in its original green textured box, marked as manufactured by J.W. Spear and Sons, Ltd., Enfield, Middlesex, England. The blue metal Stencil Outfit tin features gold-tone lettering and a grape vine motif, containing a collection of multi-coloured wooden geometric shapes and a printed booklet. The oval silver plated salver is in the Victorian Rose pattern, characterised by a raised floral and foliate border. The salver is centrally engraved with the inscription: Silver Anniversary, Dr. Maurice and Andrea Loveday, In Celebration of Your… at Cidade De Goa, With Our Warm Wishes, Cidade De Goa Team, 9th March 2006.
Condition report:
The vintage Scrabble and stencil outfit boxes show age-related surface wear, scuffing to the edges, and minor scratches. The wooden components and booklet show signs of use. The silver plated salver remains in good condition and is currently protected by plastic wrapping.
