Description
Two Coalport bone china items comprising a lidded trinket box and a figurine. The trinket box is from the Fairytale Collection and is designed as a whimsical pumpkin-shaped carriage. The piece features an orange body with green foliate motifs, brown and gold-toned wheels, and dark windows with purple drapery. The base is marked Carriage and dated 1998, with the handwritten mark 10/99. The figurine is titled Alice and depicts a lady in a tiered pink gown. This piece was modelled by Martin Evans exclusively for Past Times, Oxford, and is dated 1996, with the handwritten mark 11/96. Both items are hand-decorated and carry the Coalport Bone China Made in England backstamp.
Condition report:
The items are in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of repair.
