The volume is bound in a dark, textured hardcover featuring an embossed circular crest on the front board. This crest displays the society name surrounding the central title HOLY BIBLE. The cover is further detailed with a blind-stamped double-line border and a decorative knotted ribbon motif. The page edges are darkened from age.
Condition report:
The binding exhibits notable age-related wear, including extensive crazing and fine surface cracking across the leather. Visible rubbing and minor loss are present at the spine ends and corners. The page edges show significant darkening and dust staining.
