Description
A vintage necklace featuring a single strand of spherical ceramic beads. Each bead is finished with a pale chartreuse yellow glaze and decorated with a gilded Shou character, a traditional Chinese symbol representing longevity. The beads are individually knotted on a coordinating textile cord.
Condition report:
The necklace is in good overall condition. There is evidence of light, age-appropriate wear, including minor loss to the gold-tone gilding on several of the ceramic beads.
