Description
A collection of marigold-coloured carnival glass and a boxed Wedgwood nursery set. The carnival glass selection includes various bowls, shallow dishes, and footed compotes, many with ruffled or scalloped edges, as well as several cups, a cream pitcher, and a tall vase with a fluted rim. The pieces are characterised by an iridescent orange-gold finish and pressed patterns, including floral sprays, grape clusters, and geometric starburst motifs. The Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle Nursery Set by Wedgwood remains in its original pictorial packaging, which depicts Beatrix Potter’s titular character. The items are of pressed glass and ceramic construction.
