Description
A Coronet Portrait Lens box camera, circa 1935. The camera features a rectangular body with a dark green textured leatherette covering. The front includes a central lens aperture and dual viewfinders. A curved metal nameplate is situated below the lens, marked Coronet PORTRAIT LENS with focal distance settings for 9 FEET and STILL AND DISTANT. The unit is equipped with a leather carrying handle on the top and metal controls including a film advance knob and shutter lever on the sides. This model is designed for 120 roll film with a 6x9cm format.
Condition report:
The camera is in fair vintage condition. There is visible surface wear and scuffing to the green exterior. Metal components exhibit oxidation. The leather handle shows age-related wear and cracking.
