Description
This vintage rotary-dial desk telephone features a cream-coloured plastic housing and a clear plastic rotary dial. The dial face is alphanumeric and includes symbols such as ‘*’ and ‘#’, along with a small lever labelled ‘Redial’ at the lower right. The central hub of the dial displays emergency contact information for ‘FIRE POLICE AMBULANCE’ (Dial 999), the ‘OPERATOR’ (100), and a ‘Speaker’ label. The unit is complete with a matching coiled handset cord and a separate line cord that terminates in a modern modular plug.
Condition report:
The telephone shows signs of age-related wear, including surface dust and yellowing of the plastic casing. The cords are tangled.
