Description
A Gustav Becker Vienna regulator wall clock featuring a carved wood case of architectural form. The case is constructed with a tiered pediment above a glazed front door, flanked by fluted columns with turned capitals and bases. The white enamel dial is set with black Roman numerals, fleur-de-lis motifs, and a textured gilt centre, featuring two winding apertures and black metal filigree hands. A pendulum with a polished brass circular bob is visible through the glass, positioned above a small beat scale. The lower section of the case consists of a shaped apron terminating in a turned finial.
