Description
A late 19th to early 20th-century Vienna style wall-mounted regulator clock. The dark-stained wooden case, constructed from mahogany, features an architectural pediment surmounted by three turned finials. The glazed front door with an arched top opens to a white dial with Roman numeral hour markers, twin winding holes, and decorative pierced black hands, all set within a brass bezel. The internal mechanism is visible through glazed side panels and includes a gridiron pendulum with a large circular brass bob, along with two suspended weights. The case terminates in a shaped base supported by two turned feet.
