Description
A Peora Baltic Amber Milgrain Cross Pendant. The piece is constructed from four tapered segments of cognac-coloured Baltic amber, each displaying characteristic internal sun spangle inclusions. These segments are secured at the centre by a 925 silver fitting featuring a raised granulated and beaded crisscross milgrain design. The pendant is suspended from a matching decorative 925 silver bail with similar beaded ornamentation.
Condition report:
The item is in good overall condition. There is minor surface wear and a light patina to the 925 silver components consistent with use. The amber segments appear free of significant chips or fractures.
