Description
A pair of philatelic presentation albums titled The Lyndhurst Stamp Album, commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (1953-1978). Each binder is finished in a blue textured material with gold-embossed lettering and a central royal crest to the front cover. The collection includes a group of postage stamps and miniature sheets from various British territories and Commonwealth nations, including Ascension Island and the British Antarctic Territory. The stamps are professionally mounted on illustrated and descriptive pages. Internal documentation indicates the stamps were designed by Clive Abbott and printed by The House of Questa.
Condition report:
The albums and their contents appear to be in good overall condition. Minor shelf wear is visible on the exterior covers.
