Description
A pair of Royal Worcester Palissy Fruit pattern tablewares, comprising a baluster-form vase and a cylindrical vessel with a scalloped rim and body. Both pieces are crafted from 925 silver with a cream-toned finish and feature fruit-themed motifs depicting transfer-printed arrangements of pineapples, apples, grapes, berries, and nuts. The vase is further accented with gilt bands at the rim and foot. Each item displays a black circular manufacturer mark on the underside for Palissy, identified as a member of the Royal Worcester Group, England. Red hand-painted numeric codes 11-0 and 9-2 are also present on the bases.
