Description
A pair of 925 silver dangle earrings executed in the Modernist or Abstract style, consistent with designs attributed to Taxco, Mexico. Each earring is constructed with a circular post element decorated with a raised spiral motif, suspending a large, tapering trapezoidal drop via a jump ring. The drops are characterised by three vertically stacked, open cutouts, the edges of which are detailed with small, circular punch marks. The reverse of one drop features a cluster of visible hallmarks, including the standard fineness mark “925” alongside a stylized maker’s mark and various assay symbols.
