A collection of primarily British and Commonwealth postage stamps dating from the mid-to-late 20th century. The lot comprises multiple albums, loose sheets, and blocks, many in mint, uncancelled condition. Notable commemorative issues include the 1966 Battle of Hastings, the 1974 Winston Churchill Centenary, and the 1966 World Cup. Thematic sets cover British technology such as the SR N6 Hovercraft and Nuclear power, as well as wildlife, the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), and various Christmas issues. Geographical representation includes Great Britain, Australia, and Jersey. Many sheets bear the printer mark Harrison and Sons Ltd. One album page includes a handwritten date of Oct 9 1974. The stamps are presented in ring-bound albums and on black card mounts with various price notations.
