Description
Two items comprising an English Art Nouveau cast iron fire basket and a 2003 United Kingdom silver proof one-pound coin. The fire grate is of cast iron construction featuring a bowed-basket design with integrated andirons. The andirons are surmounted by decorative fleur-de-lis finials. The accompanying coin is a 2003 United Kingdom silver proof one-pound coin struck in 925 silver. The coin is housed in a clear protective capsule and presented in its original blue hardshell display case with a black velvet-lined interior. The lot includes the official Certificate of Authenticity.
